Pilot uniform while on duty; during training usually I'll wear a form fitting tunic and dress pants.
Fortunately, not many. My co-workers have been fantastic! I've been affectionately referred to as Morticia or Elvira by a few. Even my uniform items allow me to not have to surrender the entirety of my normal look!
